A: WE ARE 100% HUMAN. AND *maybe* a TEENSY BIT UNICORN! EACH DESIGNER ANSWERING YOUR QUESTION IS EITHER A INTERIOR DESIGNER BY TRADE OR DEGREE. ALL DESIGNERS GO THROUGH A RIGOUROUS 6 STEP PROCESS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE MORE THAN QUALIFIED AND READY TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS! 

Q: WHAT IF I WANT MORE DESIGN ADVICE THAN 15 OR 30 MINUTES?

Q: WHAT IF THE APPOINTMENT TIME I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE? 

A: RIGHT NOW WE HAVE LIMITED HOURS. HOWEVER, WE ARE BEHIND THE SCENES WORKING TO GROW OUR STAFF TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AT LEAST 12-15 HOURS PER DAY. 

A: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT TIME?

Q: WE WILL TRY OUR HARDEST TO SHIFT YOUR TIME AROUND IF YOU CONTACT US AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. WE WILL SEND YOU REMINDERS , 2 DAYS AND 1 HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT SO YOU DON’T SPACE IT. 

Q. WHAT DO I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

A: WE ARE SO GLAD YOU ASKED! BECAUSE OUR TIME WITH YOU IS SO LIMITED, WE ASK THAT YOU HAVE ALL PICTURES, VIDEOS AND QUESTIONS READY TO GO SO THE TIME WE DO HAVE WITH YOU IS SUCCESSFUL! EXPECT TO GET 1-2 QUESTIONS WITH ANSWERS FOR 15 MINUTE APPOINTMENTS AND 3-4 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR 30 MINUTE APPOINTMENTS.

Q. CAN I TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE?

A. YES! IF YOU WANT TO TALK INSTEAD OF TEXT, WE WILL GET ON A CALL WITH YOU! WE WILL STILL INITIATE THE APPOINTMENT VIA TEXT AND THEN JUST LET US KNOW YOU PREFER A PHONE CONVERSATION.
